Regarding the termination of the license, additional provisions were added for some cases as such where the Customer becomes a discontinued organization as a result of a merger, etc. |
| Article 9 (Revisions) |
Amendments have been made to the details on the way of notification and publication in the event of the Agreement is to be changed and the timeframe for the change to take effect after the notification or publication. |

It has been added that the payment of product fees by a third party can be allowed by concluding a separate agreement, only with the consent of the FLIP Consortium. |
| Article 2 (Fees, Shipping Fees, Payment) Article 3 (Canselltion; Returns) |
It has been added that only for domestic transactions and payments by bank transfer, installment payments per fiscal year can be made on a monthly basis. In addition, the condition for non-cancellation has been changed. |
| Article 1 (Parchase Application) |
It has been added that the Customer can use the Q&A Service by purchasing the Q&A Service Ticket separately. |
