    In the Foreign Transactions, the Customer may entrust the payment of the fees and the import custom clearance procedures to an agent.
    If the Customer wises the entrustment to the agent, the Customer shall notify the FLIP Consortium of this and the Agreement on Agency Services must be signed among the Customer, the Agent and the FLIP Consortium.
