    Please submit a copy of valid faculty ID and corroborating evidence of employment at a qualified educational or public research institution, or valid current student ID or/and any other proof or verification of the Customer’s academic status, in either English or Japanese.
    After confirmation of the customer's academic status, an invoice will be sent from FLIP Consortium. After confirmation of full payment, FLIP Consortium will send the Protection Key of FLIP program and log-in ID and password for downloading FLIP program.

    Only in the domestic (in Japan) transactions with the public expenses of educational institutions or public research institutions, payment can be made after receiving the protection key and FLIP program (by the last day of the month after the month of receiving FLIP program.)

    For the payment with the public expenses, apply through 公費購入申込フォーム（in Japanese only）.
