This error occurs when the system environment in PC used for the batch job does not meet the requirement.

Windows (64bit)+Intel CoreI series 2nd generation or later is required for FLIP ROSE programs for overseas members and FLIP ROSE ver.7 series academic discount version to be released in October 2018.
