I plan to purchase pre- and post-processors from a software company which specializes in developing these processors and use it together with FLIP ROSE. Are there any issues I should be aware of?

FLIP Consortium is not involved with pre- and post-processors sold and developed by other companies.

If a problem occurs when using pre- or post-processor made by a private company other than FLIP Consortium, the customer should at first identify whether the problem arises from the pre- or post-processor or FLIP ROSE program. Only if the problem is solely due to FLIP ROE program, then send the inquiry to Answer Service of FLIP Consortium.

FLIP Consortium continually upgrades (or modifies in specification) the FLIP programs including associated programs just like the upgrades in Windows OS.

In these continual process of upgrading, the pre- and post-processors the customer purchased or plan to purchase from other companies may not be upgraded in a timely manner by the other companies. The customer should be aware of this aspect of the potential problem when introducing those programs.
