I am an overseas member. I installed Sentinel Protection Driver in PC(A)connected through LAN and installed FLIP program in PC (B) connected also through the same LAN. However, when I start up FLIP in PC (B), error "E003 - hardware key not found" pops up.
For overseas member, it should be possible to start up FLIP programs in PC (B) connected through LAN. However, if LAN extends over different floors or far away offices, then there might be a possibility to prevent normal operation.
If you do the operation check using neighboring PCs, the cause of problem may be faster to identify.
The message "E003−hardware key not found" indicates that PC currently in operation cannot find the PC with protection dongle.
Check also whether the most recent protection key driver is installed in server PC (with USB key).
Check security software in PC in operation. There may be a case of warning or preventing connection to LAN system by the security software.
Check also the manual of security software installed.
