In an operation check, a message appears "E0007 -- Hardware key not found".
Please check the following issues:
1)Check whether the protection key is properly inserted into a USB.
2)Check whether the Sentinel HL NET Key driver is properly installed.
3)Check whether the USB port is working in normal mode.
4)If the network license is not recognized on a Client PC through the network system, the check, on the Server PC to which the protection key is inserted, whether the network license is recognized as a local key on Admin Control Center.
FLIP Consortium cannot answer the questions on the setup on router, firewall, IP address, and other network setup. Please consult with the network administrator of your system in your company.
