Although I setoff security software and Windows firewall under Windows7（64bit）environment, FLIPGEN does not start up even with the protection key inserted.

Please install the most recent version of Sentinel Protection Installer downloadable for the FLIP Consortium overseas member site.

If this does not work, remove the protection key and then insert the key again when convenient.

If this does not work, use one of the programs (including main program of FLIP) other than FLIPGEN and, through "Properties", check on "File is ready for archiving".

If this does not work, check whether there are sufficiently large memory (larger than tens Mega is sufficient).

Just in case, stop all the other programs if it is all right (including the programs which are always running but may be not necessary).

There are other cases when specific application is controlled by security software. If this is the case, it is more like the issues of setup of your whole system and please consult with the system engineer in charge.
